Google sign-in only

We don't access Gmail, Drive, Docs, Slides, or Calendar.

No data sales or ads

Google user data isn't sold or used for targeted advertising.

No model training

Google user data isn't used to train generalized AI models.

This Privacy Policy explains how AVATARAI UNITED KINGDOM LTD ("MyPresenter AI," "MyPresenter," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes personal information when you use mypresenter.ai, slidesorator.com, and the services available through those sites (collectively, the "Services").

It also explains the choices you have, including how to revoke Google access or ask us to access, correct, or delete your information. If you have a privacy question or request, email us at customer@SlidesOrator.com.

1. Scope and Data Controller

AVATARAI UNITED KINGDOM LTD is responsible for the personal information covered by this Privacy Policy. This Policy applies to MyPresenter AI and SlidesOrator services provided through mypresenter.ai and slidesorator.com. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that operate under their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

Google sign-in and account information

When you sign in with Google, we collect and store your Google Account identifier (sub), email address, name, and profile picture. We do not ask you to provide additional registration information. After sign-in, MyPresenter creates its own authentication token or JSON Web Token (JWT) to keep you signed in. We do not store a Google access token or Google refresh token.

Content you upload

We collect the PDFs, images, and 3D models you choose to upload to the Services.

Generated content and interactions

We store AI-generated narration, knowledge-base content, questions, chat messages, and viewing or interaction records created when you use the Services.

Analytics and technical information

In production, we use Google Analytics and Plausible for website analytics and Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. These technologies may process information such as page visits, referral sources, browser and device type, IP-derived location, and website interactions. We do not enable them for advertising personalization, remarketing, or cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use Google OAuth profile information for analytics or advertising.

Payment information

Stripe processes subscription payments for us. MyPresenter does not store your full payment card number. Stripe processes payment and billing information under its own privacy terms.

3. Google API Data

MyPresenter requests only the openid, email, and profile scopes. We use openid to receive your Google Account identifier, email to receive your email address, and profile to receive your name and profile picture.

We use this information only to authenticate you, create and manage your MyPresenter account, and maintain your signed-in session. We store these four profile fields while your account is active. We also store the MyPresenter authentication token or JWT created after sign-in. That token is a MyPresenter session credential, not a Google access token or refresh token.

During sign-in, we receive and validate Google authentication credentials. If you cancel before Google authorization is completed, MyPresenter does not complete the sign-in or issue a MyPresenter authentication token or JWT. We do not persist Google access tokens or refresh tokens.

MyPresenter does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Calendar, or other Google Workspace content. Files that you upload directly to MyPresenter are user-provided content; they are not data retrieved from Google Workspace APIs.

4. How We Use Information

Account and authentication

We use your Google Account identifier, email address, name, and profile picture to authenticate you and create and manage your MyPresenter account. We use the MyPresenter authentication token or JWT to maintain your signed-in session and protect account access.

Requested product features

We process your PDFs, images, 3D models, questions, chat messages, and knowledge-base content to provide the presentation, narration, AI response, translation, and interaction features you request. We store and display uploaded and generated content so you can access and manage it through the Services.

Service operation and improvement

We use viewing and interaction records to operate requested features, maintain service reliability, troubleshoot problems, and improve user-facing functionality. We use website analytics data to understand page use, referral sources, browser and device categories, and site performance. We do not use Google OAuth profile information for analytics or advertising.

Payments, support, safety, and legal obligations

We use subscription and transaction information to manage payments through Stripe. We also use relevant information to answer support and privacy requests, secure accounts, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our rules, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable law.

5. AI and Automated Processing

MyPresenter uses AI, speech, and translation services to process the files, questions, and knowledge-base content you submit and to produce the narration, answers, translations, and other features you request. We send only the content reasonably necessary to service providers that process it on our behalf to deliver the feature you request.

MyPresenter does not use your uploaded content to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models, and we require our service providers not to use that content for such training. We also do not use Google OAuth data to develop, improve, or train general-purpose or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.

Automated systems may review uploaded or generated content for safety and policy compliance. Authorized personnel may review uploaded or generated content only when needed for customer support, security investigations, troubleshooting, or content moderation.

6. Sharing and Service Providers

We share personal information only as needed to operate the Services, fulfill your requests, protect the Services, or comply with law. The recipients may include:

  • cloud hosting, storage, database, and security providers;
  • AI, speech, translation, and content-processing providers that process user-provided content for requested features;
  • Stripe for payment and subscription processing;
  • Google Analytics and Plausible for website analytics, and Google Tag Manager for tag management;
  • government authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the Services.

We do not provide your Google Account identifier, email address, name, profile picture, or MyPresenter login token to third parties except service providers that need the information to operate or secure the Services. We do not sell Google user data, provide it to data brokers or information resellers, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Google API Limited Use

MyPresenter's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

  • We use Google user data only to provide authentication and account-management features that are visible to you.
  • We do not sell Google user data or transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.
  • We do not use Google user data for targeted, personalized, retargeted, interest-based, or cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • We do not use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
  • We do not use Google user data to train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.
  • Authorized personnel may access Google user data only when necessary for security, support requested by the user, legal compliance, or other purposes permitted by Google's Limited Use requirements.

8. Storage and Security

We store account and service data in databases and store some user-provided content in Google Cloud Storage. Google Cloud Storage is infrastructure used by MyPresenter; it does not mean that MyPresenter accesses content from your Google Account or Google Workspace.

We use HTTPS to protect information in transit, encryption to protect stored data, secure storage for MyPresenter authentication tokens, role-based access controls, and access restrictions that limit personal information to authorized personnel with a work-related need.

Your information may be stored or processed in countries other than the country where you live. When required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information.

9. Retention and Deletion

We keep your Google Account identifier, email address, name, profile picture, MyPresenter authentication token, and service content while your account is active or for as long as needed to provide the Services.

Closing an account removes it from active use and prevents further use of that account. Limited records may remain where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. A later sign-in creates a new account that is not linked to the closed account and does not restore its content.

You can delete uploaded files and generated content through the Services. You may also request permanent deletion or anonymization of your Google Account identifier, email address, name, profile picture, MyPresenter authentication token, and other personal information by emailing us from your account email address at customer@SlidesOrator.com.

When we verify a permanent deletion request, we delete or anonymize the requested personal information unless we must retain limited information to comply with law, protect the Services, prevent fraud, or resolve a dispute. Information that has been irreversibly anonymized and can no longer identify you may be retained.

10. Your Choices and Controls

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information or withdraw your consent by emailing customer@SlidesOrator.com. To protect your account, we verify requests through the email address connected to it.

When you sign out of MyPresenter, we invalidate your current MyPresenter authentication token or JWT and end the signed-in session. Signing out does not delete your account or account data.

You may remove MyPresenter's Google authorization through your Google Account settings. Removing Google authorization prevents future sign-ins through that authorization, but it does not by itself delete your MyPresenter account or information already stored by MyPresenter.

Closing your MyPresenter account is separate from signing out or removing Google authorization. To request permanent deletion or anonymization of eligible personal information, submit a deletion request through the email address above.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you additional rights concerning your personal information. We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.

11. Children's Privacy

You must be at least 13 years old to create a MyPresenter account independently. A child under 13 may use the Services only under the direction and supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or authorized school where permitted by law. Where applicable law requires consent, the parent, legal guardian, or authorized school must provide that consent before the child uses the Services. A child under 13 may not independently authorize Google sign-in or create an unsupervised account.

If you believe that a child under 13 created an account without the required authorization, contact us at customer@SlidesOrator.com so we can review and delete the information where appropriate.

12. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our Services, data practices, or legal obligations. We will update the "Last Updated" date when we make changes. If a change materially affects your privacy rights, we will provide reasonable notice through the Services, by email, or through another appropriate method.

If we change how we use Google user data, we will update this Policy and obtain any consent required before using that data for a new purpose.

Acceptable Use and Content Moderation

This appendix describes rules for acceptable use and content moderation. It supplements, but is separate from, the privacy disclosures above.

Your content and consent

You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload or create with the Services. If an avatar depicts a real person, you must have that person's permission. The person depicted may ask us to remove their likeness by emailing customer@SlidesOrator.com.

Prohibited content

You may not upload, create, or share content through the Services that:

  • is illegal, fraudulent, threatening, violent, abusive, hateful, defamatory, deceptive, or sexually explicit;
  • sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child;
  • promotes terrorism, violent extremism, criminal activity, self-harm, scams, or restricted goods or services;

  • infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • misuses MyPresenter accounts, credits, systems, or generated content; or
  • otherwise violates applicable law, our Terms, or this Policy.

Conditional educational and religious content

Educational content that addresses mature topics must remain respectful, be clearly labeled, and not target minors. Content about religion must remain respectful and must not promote division, discrimination, or hate. We may review this content and limit or remove it when needed to protect users or enforce these rules.

Automated and manual review

We may use automated systems to identify content that may violate these rules. Content flagged by automated systems, reported by a user, or connected to a security or support request may be reviewed by authorized personnel.

Enforcement and appeals

If content or conduct violates these rules, we may block generation, remove content, restrict access, suspend or close an account, notify the user, or report the matter to authorities when appropriate.

To report content or appeal a moderation decision, email customer@SlidesOrator.com. Include the relevant content or link, an explanation of the issue or appeal, and contact information we can use to respond.
